How Billing Works
FTF Transaction Coordinators is paid at closing through the title company or closing attorney. Your coordination fee is added to the ALTA/HUD settlement statement as a “Transaction Coordination Fee,” and payment is disbursed when the transaction closes and funds.
Invoices are provided for documentation and brokerage compliance, but payment is collected at closing to ensure accuracy and transparency for all parties.
Canceled transactions are not billed unless otherwise agreed. Add-on services may be invoiced separately if they are not included on the final closing.
